Shipping Information:
Please allow 1-2 days to process your order before we send out your item(s) for delivery!
Delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. Times are estimated in business days (not including weekends/ holidays).
Once an item is handed over for shipping, Mind over Matcha is not liable for any damages, delays, stolen or lost shipments. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We can only correct incorrect addresses, if the order has not yet been shipped. In this situation, please notify us via email immediately: mindovermatchayvr@gmail.com
If an order is shipped with an incorrect address Mind over Matcha assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund orders.
Canada orders:
Mind over Matcha will use Chit Chats to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere from 5-10 business days (excl. holidays and weekends).
US orders:
Mind over Matcha will use Canada Post International to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere from 8-21 business days (excl. holidays and weekends).
Orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Mind over Matcha is not responsible for any duties, fees or taxes that may incur as well as:
- Mistakes made by Canada Post
- Wrong address given by customers
- Damage to order by postal service
- PO box issues
All international shipments may be subject to random inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges or a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
